Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions to FlipZine (flipzine.in), operated by TechChase Digital Solutions. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to this policy.
1. Subscriptions
FlipZine paid plans (Solo, Press, House) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
3. Refunds
- Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing period has started, as you retain access for the full period.
- Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if you cancel within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided the account has not materially used paid features during that period.
- We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or prolonged service outages attributable to us.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@flipzine.in from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan involves no charges, so no refunds apply. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.
