These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlipZine (the "Service"), available at flipzine.in. FlipZine is owned and operated by TechChase Digital Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FlipZine lets you upload PDF documents and convert them into interactive, shareable flipbooks, with optional features such as public discovery, scheduled publishing, reader analytics, comments, and trackable links. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan (Free, Solo, Press, or House).
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the PDFs and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service (for example, converting pages to images and serving them to readers of your public flipbooks). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, publish, or share content that:
- infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right;
- is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others;
- contains malware or attempts to disrupt or compromise the Service.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partner, Razorpay. Indian customers are billed in INR; international customers in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged where required. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Plan Limits
Each plan has storage, flipbook, and team-member limits. If you downgrade or your subscription lapses, existing flipbooks remain accessible, but new uploads may be blocked if you exceed your plan's limits.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by TechChase Digital Solutions and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property other than the right to use the Service.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechChase Digital Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
